The Oasis does not have a vision!!!!   The vision that matters to us is the one God gave you.  We won’t ask you to support our vision.  We will ask for the honour of supporting yours.    

Here's how it works. 

For "churchy" people: 

• You realize that God has put you on the planet for a purpose. 
• You have decided that you will see that purpose fulfilled - no matter what.   
• You may have found that "church" is a place that asks for your time, money and influence to serve someone else's vision (usually the church itself).   
• You didn't want that!  
• You wanted a place where you could attend worship, meet with kindred spirits, tell your story and get some support for what you were called to achieve.   
• You don't have time, money or energy to waste on someone else's vision.  

It may be in ministry, business, the professions or just life itself - but you are a person of purpose and you want to see the Kingdom come and the will of God done in your circle of influence.  It may even be that you know there is something out there for you, and you need to clarify what it is.  (We love helping people discern their calling.)

For not "churchy" people: 

• You realize that God (who or whatever that is) seems to have hard wired you for doing something special. 
• You want to get on with that - but also wonder how to work out who and what God is, and what difference it makes once you sort it out.  

We allow you to encounter God at your own speed. Most people are amazed at how much easier this is than they thought.

Which means...

Are we saying we can provide all the resources for your success?  Hardly!  You may need all sorts of things we don't/can't do - training, legal, accounting or professional advice, coaching, through to therapy or life coaching.  There are people at the Oasis who do all of this, or have friends who they trust that can help, but this is not "Oasis" business.  Being part of this community ensures that you can worship God with kindred spirits, who will pray for you, and offer you access to their networks.  Oasis provides accountability to make sure we are moving forward and a cheer squad for one another.  

We are always looking at ways we can work together to increase the impact of our lives on the world.  We believe the world could use some help from big spirited people.
